From Hanoi, Vietnam, Mai Vo is the Head of Marketing Operations & Analytics at Disrupción Records and founder of Stillwaters Records, a sub-label that discovers and supports Asian talent worldwide. She is also currently on the Socials/Ads team for Beatstars, a digital production marketplace that allows music producers to license, sell, and giveaway free beats, and is the co-host and producer of the podcast, "POV: I'm Twenty Too." A lover of rap, hip hop and R&B, she aspires to "A&R" international collaborations and help break Asian voices worldwide.

She graduated with a M.A. in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music with a concentration in Record Labels. With previous experiences at Giant Noise, Nvak Collective, Bauer Entertainment Marketing, Bad Parade, Vietnam Music Week, and LIONS SHARE, Mai is passionate about telling stories that give voice to marginalized groups. Her interest lies in exploring intergenerational trauma, intersectional Asian identities, and promoting culture through music.
